W. Tozer Our Bible Studies are usually lay person led, or assisted. We want to offer not only the opportunity to learn, but the chance to learn from leading. We offer 2 meeting times a week, each covering the same material. The meeting times are 6 pm on Tuesdays and 10:45 am on Thursdays. We gather in the parlor, where it is comfortable and homey. There is usually a pot of coffee going to help keep conversation going! Starting January 4, 2011 Discerning the Voice of God: How to Recognize When God Speaks by Priscilla Shirer In this six-session interactive study, Priscilla draws insight from the Scripture and provides practical steps for how to know the voice of God. Through print and video messages, participants learn to recognize God's character, language, and tone of voice as they spend time in His Word and understand the role of the Holy Spirit. |
