The Carpenters
The Carpenters is not a men's group that builds physical structures, but a men's
group that helps the men of Brook Hollow Christian Church build a stronger
spiritual nature and church. We meet the 1st Monday of each month. It is a time
of "guy" fellowship, talking about issues of the church, and what we can do to
enhance the growth, enlarge the effectiveness, and make BHCC a better place to
worship and serve.
Each year we provide a breakfast after the sunrise service on Easter Sunday. We
also sponsor the end of VBS All Church Picnic in June. A chili-bean luncheon is
put on by the men to raise money for the Los Fresnos area in the valley, the money
raised is used to buy beans to help feed the needy. We also try to help and serve
as other needs arise.
CWF (Christian Women's Fellowship)
CWF's purpose is "to provide opportunities for spiritual growth, enrichment,
education and creative ministries to enable women to develop a sense of personal
responsibility for the whole mission of the church of Jesus Christ."
CWF is open to any ladies in church, and we meet once monthly Each meeting
features a program with a special guest speaker. We are often called the "movers
and shakers" at BHCC, and work hard to get done what needs to be done. We not
only work hard to serve in our church, but also in local organisations.
Senior Fellowship
Hello Seniors! Come and join us at BHCC on Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm to play
all sorts of games. We meet in the Fellowship Hall to play 42, 88, Chickenfoot,
Train, Phase 10, Skip Bo, Bridge, Marbles, and Jokers. We have lots of fun, and
hope to see you there soon!
